We are an independent board manufacturer based in North Devon.

We have been producing surfboards over the years for a select number of customers who wanted a custom board made to their very specific specifications. We have all been surfing for some years, short boards, longboards, so we know what surfers are looking for in their boards.

We make boards that include both shortboards and 1960/70's style long boards, which are hand shaped using the latest polyurethene foam blanks, (not mass produced from profile milling jigs) also wood and balsa boards which are shaped and glassed using either Epoxy and/or Polyester resins. Our hand crafted balsa boards, (not the look alike veneer) have classic shapes and look absolutely superb and most importantly they perform as well.

 

All of our boards are proven long-term shapes and can incorporate either soft or hard rails, the amount of rocker, concave and 'V', whatever you wish. We can provide the use of fcs systems, fin boxes or custom glassed fixed fins.
